This policy explains what information Sostren ("we", "us") collects when you visit sostren.com or buy a product.
What we collect
Purchases: checkout is handled by Stripe (Stripe Payment Links), our payment processor. Stripe collects your name, email, payment and billing details to process your payment, under the Stripe Privacy Policy. We receive your name, email, the product purchased and order details. We never see or store your full card number.
Email: if you email us, we keep the message to reply and help you.
Website: this site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP address and browser information for security and performance. This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use it
To deliver products, provide support, handle refunds, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations. If you opt in to product updates, we may email you occasionally; you can unsubscribe any time. We do not sell your personal information.
Your files stay yours
Our products are downloadable files you fill in on your own device. Anything you type into a workbook, binder or template stays on your device or in your own cloud account. We never receive it.
Retention and your rights
We keep order records as long as needed for support and legal/tax purposes. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
